Wraz ze zwi\u0119kszaniem rozdzielczo\u015bci modeli pogodowych, prawid\u0142owe odwzorowanie proces\u00f3w wymiany ciep\u0142a oraz masy pomi\u0119dzy powierzchni\u0105 a atmosfer\u0105 staje jeszcze bardziej istotne. Obecnie, skala horyzontalnego zr\u00f3\u017cnicowania powierzchni nadal znacznie przewy\u017csza rozdzielczo\u015b\u0107 poziom\u0105 wi\u0119kszo\u015bci modeli atmosferycznych dzia\u0142aj\u0105cych operacyjnie w krajach europejskich.
