Tradycyjnie obserwacje chmur wykonywane s\u0105 w spos\u00f3b wizualny przez do\u015bwiadczonych obserwator\u00f3w, co mo\u017ce wprowadza\u0107 ludzkie b\u0142\u0119dy i niesp\u00f3jno\u015bci w wynikach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Praca koncentruje si\u0119 na ocenie architektury sztucznych sieci neuronowych w kontek\u015bcie uczenia g\u0142\u0119bokiego z nadzorem, stosowanej w celu klasyfikacji obraz\u00f3w przedstawiaj\u0105cych rodzaje chmur z obserwacji naziemnych. Ocenie poddano modele o zr\u00f3\u017cnicowanej z\u0142o\u017cono\u015bci, wykorzystuj\u0105c macierze pomy\u0142ek oraz metryki takie jak wsp\u00f3\u0142czynnik Kappa Cohena i F-score. R\u00f3wnocze\u015bnie, analizy PCA i t-SNE ujawni\u0142y cz\u0119ste przypadki b\u0142\u0119dnej klasyfikacji w\u015br\u00f3d wybranych rodzaj\u00f3w chmur. Badanie przedstawia kompleksow\u0105 analiz\u0119 b\u0142\u0119d\u00f3w, uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105c r\u00f3\u017cn\u0105 kombinacj\u0119 klas chmur rozpatrywanych w modelach, co podkre\u015bla wyzwania zwi\u0105zane z precyzyjnym rozr\u00f3\u017cnianiem poszczeg\u00f3lnych rodzaj\u00f3w chmur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Obliczenia i symulacje zosta\u0142y wykonane na infrastrukturze PLGrid (Centra HPC: ACK Cyfronet AGH, PCSS, CI TASK, WCSS). Dzi\u0119kujemy za udost\u0119pnienie infrastruktury komputerowej i wsparcia w ramach projekt\u00f3w obliczeniowych PLG\/2023\/016587 i CI TASK PT01074.
